ABOUT HOLLY

I spent over 25 years working in municipal public service, three years serving as the Esquimalt representative on the Victoria and Esquimalt Police Board and five years as the Esquimalt Chamber president. That experience has taught me that decisions made in isolation rarely stay isolated. Housing affects infrastructure. Growth affects services. Public safety is connected to how neighbourhoods are planned, how services are funded and whether problems are addressed before they grow. Spending decisions affect what comes next.

I am running because Esquimalt needs a council that listens early, asks difficult questions and plans for the consequences before they arrive.

VOTING INFORMATION

Advance voting: Wednesday, October 7 and Wednesday, October 14, 2026, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. General voting day: Saturday, October 17, 2026, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Location for all voting days: Esquimalt Recreation Centre Gym, 527 Fraser Street.

Mail ballots are available to all qualified electors. Registered voters do not need identification. People registering at the voting place need two pieces of identification, at least one with a signature. Photo identification is not required. Resident electors must be 18 or older, Canadian citizens, BC residents for at least six months, Esquimalt residents when registering and not disqualified from voting.
